It offers holders of 'O' Level qualifications an opportunity to embark on a journey to become lawyers, which journey has been the exclusive preserve of holders of 'A' qualifications. Even holders of 'A' level qualifications who have a dream of becoming lawyers but do not have sufficient points to enter university can embark on this journey and eventually realise their dreams.
